Vice President--Branch Sales and Service

Rocky Mountain Credit Union, with assets of $100 million, seeks a highly experienced and membership driven executive to serve as the VP-Branch Sales and Service. This position is Helena based and requires strong leadership, organization and communication skills, and experience in all aspects of the credit union's member experience. These areas include, but are not limited to: branch operations, sales and service culture, membership application systems, and remote delivery systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment that acknowledges the importance of the ongoing relationships with members while developing and executing a sales/service culture which results in sustained membership and services per member growth. Under the direction of the CEO, this individual will be responsible for the overall management of branch and sales personnel, developing and implementing sales strategies, measuring results, and researching and implementing new products and services.
