Phone Banking your 24-Hour Teller
Phone Banking provides free telephone access to your RMCU accounts 24 hours a day for your convenience! Use your touch-tone phone and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to inquire about your savings and loan balances, transfer from savings or checking, make loan payments, receive information on checks paid, get up-to-date savings and loan rates, as well as many other transactions.
Call (406) 447-5328 or (888) 449-2680 and select from the following options:
1 for Account Information
2 to Open an Account or Apply for a Loan
After you select one of the above options, then select from the following options:
1 for Transactions, then enter either 1 to Transfer Funds or 2 to Withdrawal Funds by Check
2 for Inquiry, then enter either 1 for Balances on All Accounts or 2 for a Specific Account
3 for Change PIN number
4 for Accessing Another Account
