We Care About Our Communities
RMCU staff have the option to contribute funds to the Employee Giving Campaign where employees decide what local charities or other worthy recipients are awarded cash donations-all employee funded! Staff also fund an annual $1,000 scholarship!
Volunteer Time
RMCU supports and encourages employee volunteer efforts in their communities and awards 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year.
Referral Bonus
