What are your hours? X

Our lobby is open Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and our drive through is open Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. You can reach us by phone from 8:00am to 5pm. You can find our contact information by clicking here.

How do I log in to my online banking X

Step 1: Login Screen

- Select “Register” in the upper right hand corner of the screen

Step 2: Disclosure Acceptance Screen

- Read Online Banking disclosure

- Select ‘I Agree’ check box

- Select the ‘Open PDF’ link

- Enter the code from the PDF link above

- Select ‘Continue’

Step 3: Account Lookup Screen

- Input correct information into required fields (fields markedwith an *)

- Input correct information into oneof the two optional fields

- Select ‘Continue

Step 4: Username Creation Screen

- Input user name of your choosing (see instructions on screen)

- Select ‘Check Availability’

- Select how you wish to receive temporary password

- Select ‘Continue’

Temporary password e-mail may take up to 5 minutes to reach destination inbox

Step 5: Temporary Password Screen

- Manually enter temporary password received in your e-mail

- Select ‘Login

Copying and Pasting your temporary password will prompt the system to state the password has expired.

Step 6: New Password Screen

- Enter your new password

- Re-enter your new password

- Select ‘Continue’

Step 7: Security Question Screen

- Select five (5) different security questions and enter answers

- Select ‘Continue’

Step 8: Confidence Image Screen

- Select or upload a Confidence Image

- Provide an ‘Image Secret’ phrase or word

- Select ‘Continue’

Step 9: Account Information Screen

- This screen will display account balances

No user action is required during this process. This loading process can take several minutes.

Step 10: Contact Info Validation Screen

- Review and/or edit your E-Mail address

- Review and/or edit your phone number

- Update your time zone

- Select ‘Continue’

Are there travel restrictions on my MasterCard Debit Card? X

Are you traveling outside of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Wyoming or Utah and forgot to notify us? Just give us a call or send us an email to add a travel notice to your account so that you may use your debit card while you’re traveling. If you’re not traveling please contact us so that we may look into your account and see what the specific issue may be.

Please note that you can still use your debit card with your PIN outside of the states listed above even if you haven't notified us.

Are there rideshare app restrictions on my account? X

Yes. Rocky Mountain Credit Union has seen a significant increase in fraudulent transactions for our members using these ride-sharing apps. To help keep our members' information safe, we will be restricting these types of transactions. 

If you plan to travel and use these apps, or if you use the apps while at home in Montana please let us know ahead of time. Similar to a travel notice on your credit or debit card, we can authorize these transactions if we know in advance. Please contact the credit union directly to place these notices on your account.

Where are your ATMs located? X

We have ATMs at all of our local branches, and we participate in the Money Pass and Co-Op ATM networks as well. You can use any ATM in these networks free of charge. Click here to search for ATMs near you.

What are your fees? X
What do I do if there is an unauthorized charge on my MasterCard Debit Card? X

If you notice an unauthorized charge on your debit card please contact RMCU as soon as possible by calling, emailing, or stopping by a local branch. You can find our contact information by clicking here.

What do I do if there is an unauthorized charge on my Visa Credit Card? X

If you notice an unauthorized charge on your credit card you will want to call the Visa Dispute Line at 800-600-5249.

What should I do if my Visa Credit Card was lost or stolen? X

If your credit card is lost or stolen you can report it by calling 800-808-7230.

Why isn’t my MasterCard Debit Card working? X

What is EMV chip technology? X

EMV® is a global standard for credit and debit payment cards based on chip card technology taking its name from the card schemes Europay, MasterCard, and Visa - the original card schemes that developed it.

Does RMCU have a notary? X

Yes, in every branch which is a free service for members.

Does RMCU have an on-site coin counter? X

Yes in every branch, free for members to use.

Does RMCU accept Canadian Currency? X

No, we do accept Canadian Money orders but the deposit into your account could take up to ten days.

How is RMCU different from a bank? X
