The past year has been a challenging time for us all. Now, after almost a year of doing business remotely, we are prepared to begin moving our operations one-step closer to normal.
The first step in this process is to begin the lobby opening rollout. In order to create an environment that is safe and secure for both our members and staff, and to allow our newer staff members time to acclimate to face-to-face member interaction, we will gradually increase our lobby hours over the course of a few weeks. Beginning in June, our lobby hours will be:
In response to CDC and county health department guidance, Rocky Mountain Credit Union will no longer require masks for visitors or staff. While we are allowing mask-free lobbies, we do ask that everyone be considerate of others. This means if a member is more comfortable wearing a mask, we will comply with that request. All other safety and security measures will also be required, including removal of masks for identification purposes.
