Hello Everyone,

The world has become a more complicated place over the past month. There has been a lot of media attention given to the COVID-19 virus situation and I wanted to give you an update on what Rocky Mountain Credit Union is doing in response. Please rest assured the RMCU management team is closely monitoring developments as they occur.

In order to protect our members and staff, and to act appropriately with the wishes of many cities we travel to for conferences and business events, we are suspending all airline travel for our employees through April 1, 2020. We will review this action at that time and reserve the right to extend it, should it be deemed a wise move going forward.

In addition, we are working on other tasks to help keep our members, staff, and business partners healthy:

  • We have instructed our cleaning staff to use products and cleaning procedures that our cleaning company vendors have recommended to combat the COVID 19 and other potential illness causing agents.
  • We will provide appropriate hand sanitizing options for our members and staff to use in our branches.
  • We are encouraging our staff members who are sick, or who have family members who are ill, to stay home and fully recover before returning to work.
  • We are also restricting employee travel between branches and for crucial function only.

Our branches remain open. However, we recognize that visiting a branch location may not be the best individual solution for our members right now. With that in mind, please use any of our alternative methods of banking:

  • On-line banking or the RMCU mobile app.
  • Telephone activity through our Member Resource Center (MRC).
  • Lending functions will continue to be available via telephone, as well as electronic platforms whenever possible, including through our website at www.rmcu.net.
  • Drive-through banking at our branch locations will also continue to be open.

Also, be sure to check the CDC’s Travel’s Health Notices for the latest information on the virus, or visit CDC.gov.

The health and well-being of our membership and staff is a top priority at Rocky Mountain Credit Union. Together, we can all support each other and work through this challenging time. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
