Can I make my payment online? X

You can! Simply log on to online banking, go to transfers and transfer from you savings or checking to your credit card. If you would like to make your Visa payment from another institute, log into your online banking, click on “Access your RMCU Visa,” and then click on “Make a Payment.”

Does my RMCU Visa credit card offer travel insurance? X

Yes, it does! Your RMCU Visa comes with free, automatic death and dismemberment insurance when you use your card to purchase fare on any common carrier including airplane, bus, train, boat, or taxi. This insurance covers you, your spouse, and children up to age 19 (23 if a full-time student at an accredited institute of higher learning).

How do I handle fraudulent charges on my card? X

Please call Visa’s Fraud Dispute Hotline at 800-600-5249. A fraud representative in will help you dispute that fraud, return your credit to you, and help you prevent fraud in the future.

What do I do if my RMCU Visa credit card was lost or stolen? X

If your RMCU Visa credit card is lost or stolen, please call (800) 808-7230.

When is my payment due? X

Visa payments are due the 26th of each month.
