Can I make my payment online? X

You can! Simply log on to online banking, go to transfers and transfer from you savings or checking to your credit card. If you would like to make your Visa payment from another institute, log into your online banking, click on “Access your RMCU Visa,” and then click on “Make a Payment.”

How do I handle fraudulent charges on my card? X

Please call Visa’s Fraud Dispute Hotline at 406.586.1505 or after hours 833.277.9333. A fraud representative in will help you dispute that fraud, return your credit to you, and help you prevent fraud in the future.

What do I do if my RMCU Visa credit card was lost or stolen? X

If your RMCU Visa credit card is lost or stolen, please call 406.586.1505 or after hours 833.277.9333

When is my payment due? X

Visa payments are due the 26th of each month.
